 Chinese Bhel A tasty crunchy snack which you can munch at any time. And its just so easy and simple to make. A must try recipie Ingredients: 200gm Fried Noodles 2 capsicum (long sliced) 2 onion (long sliced) 2 carrots (long sliced) 1 cabbage (long sliced) 1 cup sweet corn (boiled) Tomato ketchup (as per taste) Schezwan chutney (as per taste) Red Chilli Sauce (as per taste) Method: 1. Take fried noodles in a bowl ( you get them easily in market if required you can boil and fry them at home too) 2. Add all the vegetables you can increase or decrease the number as per your choice, likes and taste. Sweet corn adds great taste. 3. Add all the sauces as per your sweet spicy taste. I prefer kissan sauce because its not much sour and spicy and has a sweet taste. Chings schezwan chutney and sams red chilli sauce. However you can select whichever available in your kitchen. 4. Mix everything well and its ready to serve. A cool tasty crunchy snack you can make instantly and liked by everyone....

  K handvi a famous Gujrati snack which is extremely tasty when it is readily available but seems difficult to make as stirring continuously for 15-20 minutes avoiding sticking at the bottom and prevent crumbling and everything. But what if i say you can skip all this by preparing it in pressure cooker. Cant believe heres the recipie tried and tested Ingredients : 1 Cup Gram Flour (Besan) 1 Cup Curd (Dahi) 1 Cup Water (Pani) 1 Pinch Turmeric (Haldi) Ginger - Green Chilli Paste Salt to Taste Garnish : 1 tbsp Oil Mustard seeds Curry leaves Chopped Corriander Greated Coconut Method : 1. In a vessel add gram flour, curd (curd should be tight not too thin or watery ). Mix it well keeping no lumps. Add turmeric, salt and water of ginger - green chilli paste (add 1 cup of water to paste and then strain the water and use that water.
